I forgot my Password

  • Click the ‘Reset your password’ button.
  • Enter your email address.
  • Click ‘Reset Password’.
  • You will receive an email from administrator@wisdomconversation.com that contains a link (see example below). Click that link, enter your new password and click ‘Update Password’.
    • If after clicking that link you see a message stating “Session timed out”, please go back to the email from administrator@wisdomconversation.com and click on the same link again.
  • NOTE: If you do not receive the email, check for it in spam and junk folders.
  • IMPORTANT:
    • The link expires after 2 hours.
    • Any new request to reset the password will automatically expire any links sent in previous emails.
  • If you screen for recognized senders, add administrator@wisdomconversation.com to your list of allowed senders (e.g., in your contacts).

 

I cannot log in with my email and password

You made several attempts to log in using the credentials you have for WisdomConversation.com, and the system won’t let you in? If this is your situation, please review the following options:

  • You may not have an account on WisdomConversation.com. If this is the case, click on ‘Create an account‘.
  • If the system does not allow you to create an account (because there already is an account with that email address), then you already have an account. In that case, click on ‘Reset your password‘ and follow the steps to create a new password.

 

I need an account – how do I create an account?

  • Click on the ‘Create an account’ button (or this link)
  • Make sure to fill in all fields marked as required (red star)
  • The password must be at least 8 characters and must contain at least one character from at least two of the types:
    • Lower case letter
    • Upper case letter
    • Number
    • Special character
  • When submitting, if you get a notification that the email address has already be taken, you already have an account using that email address. Go back to the Sign in page and click ‘Reset your password’.
