Connect Your Google Calendar with Webex

This page describes how you can add individual sessions from your agenda into your calendar.

Please note that this is a one-time transfer into your calendar. Any updates to the agenda will not be synchronized with your calendar.

  1. Open the session that you’d like to add to your calendar.
  2. Click on ‘Add to Calendar’ in the upper right corner:
  3. In the upcoming pop-up, click on the calendar system you use.
  4. Depending on the system and your settings, you will either be presented with a calendar entry you are familiar with, and all you need to do is confirm the entry, or a .ics file will be downloaded to your computer. If the latter is the case, simply double-click on that .ics file.
